How to Order and Pay at SF Bay Area Peptides

Fast delivery for research materials — sealed research compounds prepared for same-day courier

There are two ways to pay for an order: by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by Venmo, both at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store your card number. We do not take bank transfers, checks or cash, and we do not accept payment at the door. This post walks through the whole sequence, what each order status means, and what to do if something does not go as expected.

Before you order

Purchasers must be 21 or older. At checkout you confirm your age and that you are acquiring the materials for laboratory research only; the full terms are in our Terms & Conditions. We may ask to see a government-issued photo ID to confirm age, for example when a courier hands over a first order.

Step 1: Add items and enter your address

Add what you need to the cart and go to checkout. Once you enter your address, checkout shows the delivery options for it: same-day courier with the fee for your city, or FedEx 2Day for addresses outside the Bay Area. The fee is shown before you pay.

Step 2: Choose how to pay

Card and Venmo are offered on every order, including Bay Area same-day courier deliveries. All orders are paid in full at checkout.

Paying with Venmo

  1. Choose Venmo as the payment method and tap the payment button. Venmo opens with your order total filled in, payable to our business account.
  2. Confirm and send the payment in Venmo.
  3. Return to the checkout page, tick the two confirmation boxes, and click Place Order.
  4. On the order confirmation page, tap “I’ve sent my payment” and enter the name on your Venmo account and the Venmo transaction ID. This is how we match your payment to your order, because Venmo does not notify our site automatically.

Once the payment is matched, your order moves to Processing. Orders matched before 12:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day are dispatched that afternoon. Step-by-step screenshots are on our Payment Instructions page.

Paying by card

Choose Credit Card at checkout, enter your card details in the secure card fields and place the order. Your card is authorized immediately and the order moves straight to Processing. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure) before the order completes. Have your photo ID ready at delivery.

What your order status means

Status Meaning
On hold Your Venmo order is placed and we are matching your payment.
Processing Your card payment was approved, or your Venmo payment is matched, and the order is being prepared.
Completed The order has been dispatched. Tracking or delivery details are sent by email.
Cancelled The order was cancelled before dispatch, by you or because payment was not received. Nothing is charged for an unpaid order.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel any order for a full refund, including the delivery charge, at any time before it is dispatched. Email or call with your order number. Courier orders are usually dispatched the afternoon they are confirmed, so contact us as early as you can. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains what happens if a shipment is refused or arrives damaged.

Refunds go back to the original payment method: card refunds to the card you paid with, Venmo refunds to the Venmo account that paid. We issue approved refunds within 3 business days, and your bank or app may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

If something is not right

  • Paid, but the order still says On hold. Email us with your order number and the Venmo transaction ID and we will match it. Please do not send a second payment.
  • Not sure the payment went through. Check your Venmo activity before paying again.
  • Sent the wrong amount. Contact us with your order number and we will sort out the difference.
  • Your institution cannot pay through an app. Email us and we will work with you directly.

What we see and keep

Card payments are handled by our payment processor and Venmo payments inside the Venmo app. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, a transaction reference and, for cards, the card brand and last four digits. We never see card numbers or bank details: card details go into secure fields provided by our payment processor and are transmitted directly to it, and Venmo payments happen inside the Venmo app. Our Privacy Policy describes what order information we keep.

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal consumption. Purchasers must be 21 or older.
