Payment Instructions

SF Bay Area Peptides LLC | Last Updated: July 24, 2026

The short version

We accept payment by debit or credit card, processed through Stripe and settled in USDC — a digital currency pegged 1:1 to the US dollar.

You do not need to own cryptocurrency, hold a wallet, or have any prior experience. Stripe's checkout does the conversion for you. If you can buy something online, you can complete this checkout.

Budget about three minutes for your first order. Repeat orders are faster because your details are saved.

Pay on Delivery is also available for local Bay Area courier orders — you pay the courier at your door via CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. See the section at the end of this page.

Why we pay this way

Payment processors classify research chemicals as a restricted category, which makes conventional card processing unreliable in this industry — accounts get frozen mid-order, and customers get charged for orders that never ship.

Settling in USDC removes that risk. Payment confirms in seconds and cannot be frozen by a third party. USDC is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, so your order total is your order total, with no price movement between paying and receiving.

Step 1 — Place your order

Add items to your cart and check out as normal. Select Debit or Credit Card — Secure One-Step Checkout via Link by Stripe, then click Place Order.

Your order is created with a Pending payment status. Nothing has been charged yet and nothing ships yet.

⏱ You have 60 minutes to complete payment. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after an hour so the stock is released back to other researchers. If that happens you haven’t lost anything — just place the order again. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately — check spam or promotions if it doesn't arrive, and add support@sfbayareapeptides.com to your safe-senders list.

Step 2 — Choose your payment provider

You'll land on a secure page headed Complete Your Purchase, showing your order total and four provider options.

Select "Stripe.com/Link.com"

This is the option we recommend and the one our support team can help you with fastest. Click it, then click Pay Now.

Do not change any values on this page. The amount is locked to your order total. Editing it will cause the transaction to fail.

PayPal and Ramp Network are not supported

Both appear on this screen because the payment platform lists them by default. Neither completes successfully — PayPal fails at the final step, and Ramp Network times out. Nothing is charged when they fail, but your order stays Pending payment, and if you're ordering ahead of the noon cutoff, a failed attempt can push your delivery to the next day.

Robinhood — existing funded accounts only

If you already have a funded Robinhood account with a settled balance, this works. Do not open a new account for this purpose — approval, bank linking and deposit clearing take three to five business days, and first-time crypto withdrawals are often restricted for a further holding period. Your order will expire before you can pay.

Step 3 — Complete payment through Link

After you click Pay Now you'll see "Processing your payment — we're securely connecting to your payment provider." This takes up to a minute. Keep the page open and don't refresh or close it.

You'll then arrive at Stripe's Link checkout. It runs three steps — Log in, Verify, Pay — and here is exactly what to expect at each.

You'll see MetaMask branding — this is normal

The checkout is powered by MetaMask's card-to-crypto infrastructure, so their name and logo appear at the top. You are not being asked to install MetaMask or create a wallet. You have nothing to download and no account to open. Just continue.

The amounts

You'll see your purchase amount, a small provider fee, and a total. The total matches your order total exactly — there is no markup beyond what was shown at checkout.

Log in and verify your device

Enter your email to sign in to Link, or create an account in about 30 seconds. Link will then verify your device, usually via your device's built-in hardware authentication (Windows Hello, Touch ID, or a passkey), followed by a 6-digit code sent to your phone or email. If the code goes to a phone you don't have handy, use "Send code to email instead."

Have a photo ID ready

On your first purchase you'll be asked to verify your identity with a government-issued ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport. This is a legal requirement for any card-to-crypto purchase in the United States, not something specific to us, and every provider on that screen enforces it.

Verification usually takes under a minute, and you'll only be asked once — future orders skip it. This happens entirely with the payment provider; we never see or store your ID.

About the security warning you'll see

Link displays a notice reading roughly: "If someone unknown is guiding you through this flow, it could be a scam."

This is a standard, automatic warning Link shows every user, and it is good advice. It's there to protect people who've been talked into a payment over the phone by a stranger. If you started this checkout yourself from our website, you're exactly where you should be. Continue.

If anyone ever contacts you claiming to be from SF Bay Area Peptides and walks you through a payment by phone or message, stop — that is not us. We will never call or message you to guide you through payment.

Confirm the wallet and card

The destination wallet address is pre-filled automatically — it's our receiving address and you don't need to enter, verify or change it. Click Use this wallet, select or add your card, then Review order.

Watch the price timer

The final screen shows a countdown. If it expires you'll see "The price of USDC updated. Please accept the new price to complete your purchase." Just click Accept and pay — the dollar total does not change, since USDC is pegged to the dollar. This is a routine refresh, not a price increase.

Step 4 — What your card statement will show

This section matters — read it before you check your bank app.

Your statement will read STRIPE*STRIPE-METAM… — not "SF Bay Area Peptides." That's Stripe's descriptor for this payment type. It is your order.

You may see a temporary authorization slightly higher than your order total. This is a standard pre-authorization hold, not an extra charge. It drops off automatically within 7 days. The amount actually charged is your order total.

If you don't recognize the descriptor and dispute the charge, your order is cancelled and your funds are tied up for weeks. If anything looks wrong, email us firstsupport@sfbayareapeptides.com — and we'll confirm it against your order number the same day.

Step 5 — You're done. Close the browser.

Link will show "Payment confirmed" immediately, then "Sending USDC to your wallet." Delivery is usually under a minute but can take up to 10 minutes, occasionally longer.

There is no final "order complete" page. The checkout does not send you back to our website, and you don't need to click anything else. Once Link confirms your purchase, your part is finished.

Close the tab and go about your day. Your order updates automatically on our end, and you'll receive an email confirming your order is paid and being prepared for shipment.

You may also still see the earlier provider page saying "Please complete your purchase at the payment provider page or refresh this page to select another provider." Ignore it — that page doesn't refresh after a successful payment. It does not mean anything went wrong, and you should not pay again.

Paid, but your order still shows Pending payment after about 15 minutes? Email support@sfbayareapeptides.com with your order number straight away — don’t wait, because unpaid orders auto-cancel at the 60-minute mark and we’d rather catch it before then. Do not attempt a second payment — duplicate attempts are much harder to reconcile than one stalled one.

The three emails you'll receive

You'll get three separate emails, and they arrive in an order that surprises people. Here's what each one is, so nothing looks wrong.

1. Immediately — from Link: "Your crypto purchase was successful!"

This is not from us, and it will not mention your order or your products. It's the payment receipt from Stripe's Link, confirming the USDC purchase that funded your payment. It references MetaMask and Zero Hash — the infrastructure providers behind the checkout — and shows a fee breakdown and a Polygon transaction ID.

It will also carry an attached trade confirmation PDF from Zero Hash LLC containing standard financial-services disclosures: language about transactions being final, cryptocurrency price risk, and fraud awareness. This is boilerplate regulatory disclosure attached to every transaction of this type. It is not specific to your order, and none of it changes our own terms — your order is priced in dollars and delivered as goods.

Nothing is required from you. File it as your payment receipt.

2. Within 12 hours — from us: "Your SF Bay Area Peptides order has been received"

This is your actual order confirmation. It lists your products, quantities, delivery address and total, and confirms your order is paid and queued for fulfillment.

There's usually a gap between email 1 and email 2 — often just minutes, but allow up to 12 hours. The silence in between doesn't mean anything went wrong. Your payment is already confirmed at that point; we're just completing our own order review.

3. On dispatch — from us: "Your order from SF Bay Area Peptides is on its way"

Sent when your order physically leaves us, with tracking — a courier tracking link for Bay Area deliveries, or a FedEx tracking number for nationwide shipments.

The short version: the first email is your payment receipt from Stripe. The second is your order confirmation from us. The third is your tracking. If you've received the first one, your payment went through.

Step 6 — Your order ships

Bay Area same-day courier. Payment confirmed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day dispatches by local courier that same afternoon. You'll get a courier tracking link at pickup.

Nationwide FedEx 2Day®. Payment confirmed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific is prepared for same-day FedEx pickup in temperature-controlled packaging. Typically two business days from dispatch.

Weekends and holidays. Orders paid after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Friday, or any time Saturday or Sunday, process the following Monday. FedEx transit is calculated from the business-day pickup date, not the order date.

Pay on Delivery — local Bay Area orders

If you'd rather pay when your order arrives, select Pay on Delivery at checkout. This is available for local same-day courier deliveries only — it cannot be used on FedEx nationwide orders.

How it works: place your order as normal, and pay the courier at your door using CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

Please have ready before your delivery window:

  • One of those four apps, installed and funded for the full order total
  • A government-issued photo ID for delivery verification

We do not accept physical cash. Payment is app-based only — please don't have cash ready expecting the courier to take it.

Contact us at support@sfbayareapeptides.com before ordering if you'd like to confirm your address qualifies for local courier delivery.

Need help?

Payment questions get priority. Email support@sfbayareapeptides.com with your order number in the subject line — we respond within one business day, usually much sooner.

If you get stuck mid-payment, stop and email us rather than retrying through a different provider. Duplicate attempts across services are far harder to untangle than one stalled attempt.
