Pay your order total to @sfbayareapeptides at checkout. Available for same-day courier orders and FedEx 2Day orders nationwide.

Credit or debit card

Choose Invoice at checkout to pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We email your invoice after the order is placed — the same day if you ordered before noon Pacific, Monday to Friday, otherwise the next business day — and your order ships once it is paid. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your card number. Available for same-day courier orders and FedEx 2Day orders nationwide. All orders are paid in full before dispatch; the courier does not take payment at the door, and we don’t accept cash.

We may ask to see a government-issued photo ID to confirm you are 21 or older, for example at hand-off on a courier delivery.

Paying with Venmo, step by step

Check out

Add your items, enter your details and choose Venmo as the payment method.

Send the payment

Tap the Click to pay button. Venmo opens with your order total already filled in, payable to @sfbayareapeptides. Confirm and send.

Place your order

Come back to the checkout page, tick the two confirmation boxes and click Place Order.

Tell us you’ve paid

On the order confirmation page, tap I’ve sent my payment and enter the name on your Venmo account and the Venmo transaction ID. That is how we match your payment to your order.

We verify and dispatch

Once your payment is matched, your order moves to Processing. Orders verified before 2:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon.

What your order status means

  • On holdYour order has been placed and we are waiting on payment — matching your Venmo payment, or waiting for your invoice to be paid.
  • ProcessingPayment verified (invoice paid, or Venmo payment matched) and your order is being prepared for dispatch.
  • CompletedYour order has been dispatched. Tracking details are sent by email.
  • CancelledThe order was cancelled before dispatch, by you or because payment was not received. Nothing is charged for an unpaid order.

If something isn’t right

  • Still On hold after you paid? Email support@sfbayareapeptides.com with your order number and the Venmo transaction ID and we will match it.
  • Not sure a payment went through? Check your Venmo activity before paying again, and contact us if you are unsure. Please don’t send a second payment for the same order.
  • Sent the wrong amount? Contact us with your order number and we will sort out the difference.
  • Need to cancel? You can cancel any order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
