Our Nationwide Shipping Standard
All nationwide orders are shipped using FedEx 2Day® service.
Simple Flat-Rate Shipping
Nationwide shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.99 per order.
Fast Fulfillment
Complete payment before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and your order will be prepared for shipment that same business day. Orders paid after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once FedEx accepts your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message so you can monitor its journey from our facility to your delivery address.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title to the products and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the shipment is accepted by FedEx or another designated carrier. SF Bay Area Peptides is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier has accepted the shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if you believe a carrier-related issue has occurred. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with the carrier’s claims process.
International Orders
We do not currently offer standard commercial shipping outside the United States.
International universities, laboratories, and research institutions interested in establishing a formal research partnership are invited to contact us at support@sfbayareapeptides.com.

Ordering your research supplies is simple, secure, and streamlined from checkout to delivery.
Place Your Order
Submit your order through our secure website. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email listing your products, quantities, contact information, and delivery address.
Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if anything needs correcting.
Pay by Card at Checkout
After placing your order you are taken straight to a secure card checkout powered by Stripe. Select Link, pay by debit or credit card, and your order is confirmed automatically — usually within a minute.
There is no confirmation page at the end — once the payment screen says your purchase was successful, just close the browser. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Rapid Dispatch
Once payment clears, our fulfillment team prepares your order for shipment.
Bay Area: eligible orders paid before 12:00 p.m. PT are dispatched by local courier the same business day.
Nationwide: eligible orders paid before 12:00 p.m. PT are prepared for same-day FedEx pickup.
Real-Time Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a live FedEx tracking number or a local courier tracking link.
Tracking information may be delivered by email, text message, or both, depending on the contact details provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We take pride in the accuracy and condition of every shipment. If your order arrives physically damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the matter quickly:
- Take clear photographs of the exterior packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected products.
- Keep the original packaging and all shipment contents.
- Email the photographs, your order number, and a brief description of the issue to support@sfbayareapeptides.com.
We will review your submission promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, account credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Please refer to Section 7.4 of our Terms and Conditions for complete details.
