South Bay and North Bay Deliveries:
Courier fees vary by destination. Please select your city during checkout to view the applicable same-day delivery charge.

Important Local Delivery Terms

Order Cutoff:
Orders paid after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be dispatched on the following business day.

Secure Delivery and Verification:
To help protect your order and prevent unauthorized transactions, first-time customers may be required to sign for delivery and complete a brief identity-verification process. This may include providing a verification photo while holding a valid state-issued identification card, driver’s license, or passport.

No Unattended Deliveries:
Because our shipments may contain valuable and time-sensitive research materials, couriers will not leave packages unattended in building entrances, common areas, mailrooms, or lobbies. An authorized recipient must be available to accept the delivery.

All nationwide orders are shipped using FedEx 2Day® service.

Simple Flat-Rate Shipping

Nationwide shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.99 per order.

Fast Fulfillment

Complete payment before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and your order will be prepared for shipment that same business day.

Orders paid after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once FedEx accepts your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message so you can monitor its journey from our facility to your delivery address.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the products and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the shipment is accepted by FedEx or another designated carrier. SF Bay Area Peptides is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier has accepted the shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if you believe a carrier-related issue has occurred. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with the carrier’s claims process.

International Orders

We do not currently offer standard commercial shipping outside the United States.

1. How It Works

Ordering your research supplies is simple, secure, and streamlined from checkout to delivery.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Submit your order through our secure website. You will receive an immediate confirmation email listing your selected products, quantities, contact information, and delivery address.

Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if any information needs to be corrected.

Step 2: Receive and Pay Your Invoice

Within 24 hours, you will receive an official invoice from our parent company, Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC.

Your invoice will include a secure payment link. Payment may be completed using:

• ACH Bank Transfer
• Major Credit Card

Orders are not considered final and will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Step 3: Rapid Dispatch

Once payment clears, our fulfillment team prepares your order for shipment.

Bay Area Orders:
Eligible orders paid before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time are dispatched by local courier the same business day.

Nationwide Orders:
Eligible orders paid before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time are prepared for same-day FedEx pickup.

Step 4: Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive either:

• A live FedEx tracking number
• A local courier tracking link

Tracking information may be delivered by email, text message, or both, depending on the contact information provided with your order.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take pride in the accuracy and condition of every shipment. If your order arrives physically damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the matter quickly:

1. Take clear photographs of the exterior packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected products.

2. Keep the original packaging and all shipment contents.

3. Email the photographs, your order number, and a brief description of the issue to support@sfbayareapeptides.com.

We will review your submission promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, account credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
