The short version

We accept payment through Cash App, PayPal.me, Venmo and Zelle. There is no card form, no account to create, and no identity verification step on our side.

You do not need a credit card, a merchant account, or any special setup. If one of those apps is already on your phone, checkout takes about a minute.

Why we pay this way

Payment processors classify research chemicals as a restricted category, which makes conventional card processing unreliable in this industry — accounts get frozen mid-order, and customers get charged for orders that never ship.

Paying directly through Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle removes the middleman. Your payment goes straight to us, it clears immediately, and there is no third party who can freeze it after the fact. It also means we never see or store your card details, because there are none to store.

Step 1 — Place your order

Add items to your cart and check out as normal. Select WalletUpPro Pay as your payment method, then click Place Order.

Your order is created with a Pending payment status. Nothing has been charged yet and nothing ships yet.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately — check spam or promotions if it does not arrive, and add support@sfbayareapeptides.com to your safe-senders list.

Step 2 — Choose your app

At checkout you choose which app you want to pay with: Cash App, PayPal.me, Venmo or Zelle. All four go to the same place — pick whichever you already use.

A QR code and a payment button appear with your order total already filled in. You do not need to type an amount.

Step 3 — Pay in your app

Scan the QR code with your phone, or tap the button if you are already on mobile. Your payment app opens with the amount pre-filled.

Confirm the amount and send it. Please leave the note or memo field exactly as it is — it carries your order number, and that is how we match your payment to your order.

Step 4 — Confirm on the thank-you page

Come back to your browser and confirm that you have paid. If your app gave you a transaction ID or reference, paste it in — it makes matching instant.

This step matters. Until you confirm, your order sits waiting and we have no signal to go looking for your payment.

Step 5 — We verify and dispatch

We check your payment against our account, then mark the order paid and dispatch it. Orders verified before 12:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day ship the same afternoon, with tracking.

Order statuses, and what they mean

Pending payment — order created, payment not yet sent.

On hold — you have confirmed payment and we are verifying it against our account.

Processing — payment verified, order queued for dispatch.

Completed — shipped, with tracking on its way to your inbox.

Verification is usually quick during business hours. If your order sits on On hold longer than you would expect, email support@sfbayareapeptides.com with your order number and the transaction reference from your app, and we will clear it.

Refunds

Because these are direct transfers rather than card payments, there is no chargeback mechanism. If something goes wrong with your order we refund you directly, through the same app you paid with, under our standard refund policy. Contact us and we will handle it.
