Last Updated: October 13, 2026 | sfbayareapeptides.com

Welcome to SF Bay Area Peptides (the “Site”), operated by SF Bay Area Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site at https://sfbayareapeptides.com, the creation of any user account, and the purchase of any products from the Company.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to every provision in these Terms, you must immediately exit the Site and refrain from any use of our services.

1. Age Verification and Eligibility

1.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site, create an account, or purchase products.

1.2 Jurisdictional Limitations. This Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2. Strictly for Research Use Only (RUO)

2.1 Intended Use. All products sold on this Site are intended exclusively for laboratory research and development purposes.

2.2 Not for Human or Animal Use. Under no circumstances are any of the products sold on this Site intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, clinical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or agricultural use.

2.3 No FDA Approval. The products sold on this Site have not been evaluated, tested, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory agency for the treatment, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

2.4 Classification. The products are not foods, drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics. Any representation to the contrary by any User constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. User Representations and Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from this Site, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

3.1 Qualified Researcher. You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a qualified laboratory, institution, or research facility.

3.2 Assumption of Risk. You fully understand the health, safety, and environmental hazards associated with the handling, storage, and study of these chemicals. You assume full responsibility and all liability for any risk associated with your possession or use of the products.

3.3 Legal Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, storage, and use of our products comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy and Right to Refuse Service

4.1 Refusal of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion.

4.2 Intent to Misuse. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against the misuse of our products. If we suspect a Customer is purchasing products for human consumption, medical use, or any other unauthorized purpose, we will cancel the order and permanently ban the Customer’s account.

4.3 Communication Monitoring. If a Customer communicates with us in a manner that indicates intent to use the products for human consumption or that requests dosing or medical advice, the order will be cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded in full, and the account will be permanently terminated.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Creation. To place an order, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Products, Pricing, Ordering, and Payment

6.1 Product Descriptions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

6.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

6.3 Ordering and Payment. Submitting an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. Payment is made at checkout by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or through Venmo. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; card details are entered into secure fields provided by the processor and are transmitted directly to it. Venmo payments are made directly to SF Bay Area Peptides within the Venmo application. We do not accept payment at the time of delivery. We may ask to see a government-issued photo ID to confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Card orders are confirmed when the payment is approved; Venmo orders are dispatched only after payment has been verified against our records. Refunds are issued under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

6.4 Order Acceptance. Your order is not deemed accepted until payment has been received and verified in full. Card orders are accepted when the payment is approved at checkout and move directly to Processing. Venmo orders remain in an On Hold status while we match your payment against our records, and move to Processing once the payment is matched. Venmo payments are direct transfers made inside the Venmo application rather than card transactions; once matched they are final, except as provided in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Card payments are refunded under that Policy; if there is a problem with a card order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer so we can resolve it directly.

6.5 Payment Data. We do not store full payment card numbers on this Site. Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor under its own security standards; we receive only confirmation of payment, a transaction reference and limited card details (such as card brand and last four digits) needed to service your order. Venmo payments are completed inside the Venmo application, and we receive only confirmation of payment and any transaction reference you provide.

6.6 Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

7.1 Shipping Policy. Products are shipped after payment is received in full. Same-day local courier service is available within designated San Francisco Bay Area zones. Nationwide orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day®.

7.2 Title and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the third-party shipping carrier or, for local same-day delivery, upon hand-off to the courier, except as provided in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

7.3 International Shipments. We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States. International universities, laboratories, and research institutions interested in establishing a formal research partnership are invited to contact us at support@sfbayareapeptides.com.

7.4 Returns. Because we cannot verify how research materials have been stored or handled once they leave our control, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or of orders placed in error, once an order has been dispatched. Damaged, incorrect, missing or non-conforming products, and orders lost in transit, are replaced or refunded as set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or extract bulk data from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Resell our products without first executing a written distributor agreement with the Company.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of SF Bay Area Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, ALL SERVICES, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SF BAY AREA PEPTIDES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SF Bay Area Peptides, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your handling, storage, use, or misuse of any products purchased from us;
  • Your violation of any law or regulation;
  • Any claim that your use of a product caused harm to a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

13.1 Agreement to Arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the products shall be determined by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.2 Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and shall take place in San Francisco County, California, or at the Company’s option by remote hearing.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Except for matters subject to binding arbitration under Section 13, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site and the purchase of products.
