Ordering & payment

Q: Why don’t you accept credit cards at checkout?

A: We invoice every order separately within 24 hours. The invoice — sent from Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC — accepts ACH bank transfer and major credit cards through a secure payment link. This setup gives us cleaner accounting and lets us review every order before dispatch.

Q: How long does the invoice take to arrive?

A: Within 24 hours of order placement (usually within a few business hours). If you don’t see it, check your spam folder for an email from Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC and add billing@sfbayareapeptides.com to your safe-senders list.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: After your invoice is paid. Bay Area same-day courier dispatch if the invoice clears before 12:00 PM PT. Nationwide UPS / USPS pickup the next business day.

Q: Do you accept crypto?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Can I cancel an order before paying the invoice?

A: Yes. Reply to the invoice email and we’ll cancel — no charge.

Products & quality

Q: What is the purity of your peptides?
A: All vials are ≥98% purity by HPLC. An analytical certificate is available on request — email support@sfbayareapeptides.com with your order number.
Q: How are the peptides shipped — do they need refrigeration in transit?
A: All shipments go out in insulated mailers with a cold pack to maintain compound integrity. Once received, store the lyophilized vial refrigerated until reconstitution.
Q: Are these intended for human consumption?
A: No. Every product on this Site is intended exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, or any other unauthorized application.
Q: Will you advise me on dosing?
A: No. We do not provide dosing, protocol, or medical advice. We are a research-compound supplier; clinicians and licensed researchers are the appropriate resources for protocol design.

Q: Where do you deliver same-day?
A: Across San Francisco ($19.95), the East Bay ($24.95), the South Bay ($24.95), and the North Bay ($24.95). See the full delivery-zones page for ZIP-level coverage.
Q: What’s the cut-off for same-day Bay Area delivery?
A: 12:00 PM Pacific. Orders placed and paid before noon dispatch the same afternoon.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: Yes — a researcher account is required to place an order. This lets us verify eligibility, store your shipping address, and apply your volume discount.
Q: What discounts do members get?

A: Volume discounts apply automatically in your cart:

  • 2 compounds in one order — 5% off
  • 3 compounds in one order — 10% off
  • 4 or more compounds — 15% off
Q: Will you sell or share my email?
A: No. We only send transactional emails (order confirmations, invoices, shipping notices) and — if you opt in — occasional research-note and new-product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Returns & support

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Due to the sensitivity of research materials, all sales are final. Exception: if your order arrives physically damaged or with the wrong item, email a photo to support@sfbayareapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund.
